My creation is made by using a very good slow smoked dry rub brisket, sliced thinly, then thinly slice a large yellow onion and soak in buttermilk for 3-4 minutes, using peanut oil fry the onions after rolling them in Bisquick, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, when onions are golden brown remove from oil and place on a plate with a paper towel under them, then using a slider bun, put a thin layer of mayo on each side of the bun, place a healthly layer of the smoked brisket, top with a small amou
