This is a great casserole for dinner or "bring a dish". 10 White Castle Sliders (room temperature) 1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Can (4 oz.) Diced Green Chilies 4 Ounces Water 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Can sliced, drained mushrooms (optional) 4-6 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese Optional - Kids want it crunchy - top it off with 1 cup Rice Krispies mixed with 2 Tablespoons melted butter before baking In a medium saucepan, combine and heat chicken soup, chilies, water, garlic powder and optional mushrooms. Chop up the 10 White Castle Sliders, (pickles and all), into bite size pieces Add to heated soup mixture. Stir until well mixed. Pour into lightly buttered baking pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and if desired, spread on the optional cereal/butter mixture Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy your White Castlerole made with the original White Castles, yep, pickles and all.

My hero is my co-worker, and friend Sean Osborne. He works for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet S.A.F.E. program assisting motorists on Kentucky's interstates. He has helped too many people to count, but some of his more outstanding heroic deeds include having performed CPR on a gentleman whose heart stopped and he quit breathing.
